Visa Easy International provides an IT software platform that facilitates visa application processes. The Service includes features such as application form completion, document management, and status tracking.

We do not guarantee visa approval. The Service is designed to assist with the application process, but the final decision rests with the relevant government authorities.

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must not use another person's account without their permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Easy International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visa Easy International, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
